Marty Weems - Vice President of Strategic Business Development at EXOSMarty joined the EXOS team in 2006 as its first Vice President of Sales.  His business experience includes the telecom, wholesale distribution and pharmaceutical industries before joining EXOS.  Marty’s international business experience includes China, Japan, Taiwan, Mexico, Australia, Russia, Germany, UK, Colombia, Brazil, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Israel.  He is a leader in three areas of the business: Education for industry professionals; Consulting and support services for international sports teams; and developing EXOS facilities in foreign markets. Marty holds an undergraduate degree at Furman University in addition to a MS Education and MBA from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. As a services exporter, EXOS has been recognized as 2015 “Exporter of the Year” from the City of Phoenix; 2015 “Export Excellence” Award from Arizona District Export Council and 2016 President’s (POTUS) “E” Award for Exporting Excellence.  Fast Company magazine has recognized EXOS in its “Top 10 Most Innovative Companies” lists in 3 of the past 7 years.

Caio Braga - Director of Business Development at STENN. Caio is a consummate International Trade professional with more than 20 years of combined industry experience spanning from Import & Export practices, Business Trade and Development, Financial Services and International Logistics. Caio is a Sao Paulo, Brazil born individual with a truly international background with exposure in multiple countries and cultures. He brings his personal life experiences to his business relationships. Flexibility and adaptability with focus on "getting things done" mentality. Currently at STENN, Caio is focused in establishing and developing relationships with companies based in Tier 1 jurisdictions who are sourcing from vendors located in emerging economies, primarily Asia. He holds a BBA in International Business and Trade from Universidade Paulista in Brazil.

Jessica Weiss - Immigration Attorney at Weiss & Moy. Jessica has been practicing immigration law since 1997. Her practice has an emphasis in business and family immigration work, with a particular focus on nonimmigrant business visas E-1/E-2 and immigrant and employment based immigration work. She represents individuals, and corporations small and large. She has represented world-renowned athletes and coaches, including Olympians in the track and field industry, NBA, NFL, and other sports related professionals including Coaches, Therapists, etc. in categories such as O-1A and P areas. She has represented clients in H-1B cases. Religious workers including Priests, Rabbis and religious studies teachers. She is a lecturer for small and large businesses and Consulates, guiding them in her field. Jessica holds a J.D. from the Benjamin Cardozo School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from the New York University.

Ivon Rodriguez - Managing Director, US South & Caribbean at IE Business School.  With experience in business development, general management, and marketing, Ivon's diverse background stems from her love of entrepreneurship, business innovation, and concept creation. Ivon graduated from Brown University with a double major in International Relations and Hispanic Studies and holds an Executive Masters in Business Administration from IE Business School and Brown University. She is proactive in her community through her leadership role in the South Florida Digital Alliance and is an active alumna of both Brown and IE. Ivon currently resides in South Florida and is the Managing Director for IE’s International Development office overseeing the southern US and Caribbean regions.

He is a member of a regional U.S. District Export Council, past president of a chapter of Global Ties and regional advisor for U.S. Global Leadership Coalition. Doug has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from University of Utah and an EMBA from Michigan State University.
